I'm enforcing the support hours limits that have been clearly visible on the support plan page since inception as I really have no choice. Once exceeded you will have the option of leaving support until the following month, paying per hour or upgrading to the new support plan which offers more hours Thanks

05.01.2022 Morning everyone. I thought I'd share what I got up to on Friday. My wife relaunched and rebranded over Xmas and I've finally talked her into doing some marketing through email (only took 4 years). She's had a Mailchimp list for years, but has never used it. What did we do? It's an expensive newsletter plugin, but because it doesn't rely on an external connection it's incredibly fast. You don't have to waste a few seconds while you wait for Mailchimp to load, which absolutely kills performance (most slow websites are caused by external scripts). You can also create a ton of automation with it. We used Elastic email to send the emails. Yes, sending newsletter emails still costs, but this can be cheaper in the long run. Any SMTP will work with it, even free ones which the plugin allows you to rotate through potentially saving you money if you use all of the free ones. We integrated OneSignal push notifications. These are the annoying little popups that ask if we can send you notifications. You get 10k subscribers for free. There is a plugin in codecanyon which has unlimited subscribers and notifications which we're considering. We've created 2 automations for when a product is published. Now when we publish a new product a push notification is sent to all OneSignal subscribers and an email is sent to all email subscribers
