17.01.2022 Following the National Cabinet announcement today regarding a three-step approach to ease restrictions, Swimming Australia, State/Territory associations and ASC...TA, are working with the AIS, Sport Australia, and Federal and State Governments to understand the impact and plans for sport, in particular swimming. As a collective leadership team across Australia, we have worked on a plan to assist clubs and coaches to safely return to swimming activity, and will release further details next week.

15.01.2022 We were closed for three months due to covid 19. Larger facilities have a massive advantage with advertising and exposure to the public we cant hope to compete on that basis. We have always let our swimmers be our recommendation.

04.01.2022 This is a preview of a documentary series on the ABC in which I had a small involvement. It Depicts the difference in our lifestyles today and that experienced by that of our forefathers. I hope you enjoy. It goes to air 15th June. My involvement was teaching two young ladies how to swim trudgen stroke swimming something totally alien to them. This style of swimming was performed by Fanny Durack. Fanny Durack (27 October 1889 20 March 1956), also known by her married name Fanny Gately, was an Australian competition swimmer. From 1910 until 1918 she was the worlds greatest female swimmer across all distances from freestyle sprints to the mile marathon.

I am very sad to announce due to the uncertainty of... the corona virus we are taking precautionary measures to protect our children and all concerned. We have decided to close as from Monday 23rd of March 2020. We look forward to notifying everyone when the authorities consider it safe to reopen.
