Current enrolled students will have a fortnight to confirm their spot with a paid in full amount, this can be done at either the D2F or Cityfit facility. 24.01.2022 Hello everyone, its the middle of week 3 and boy how the time is flying.Its just over 1 week before rebooking opens again for Term 4 amazing how quickly this has come around. Just a quick update for you to let you know how things are going. Firstly many thanks for all the support we have been receiving over this time it has been really great.... Swim school has been quite busy and Im sure you will all agree it wonderful to see the kids back in the water and having fun. I would like to take this time to thank you all for your consideration around Covid 19 restrictions particularly when it comes to our social distancing numbers. I do understand that there are a lot of grandparents and family members out there, that feel they are missing out when it comes to watching the little ones swim. However we just need to remember that this is the new normal for the time being and whilst we would like to be able to accommodate more spectators we arent able to at this time. It is at times a little tricky keeping things running smoothly and your continued support with regard to only bringing 1 parent with each family when at all possible is very much appreciated. Also your quick exit times after swim lessons are also helpful to keep our numbers to the recommended level. It hasnt taken long at all to see our swimmers getting back into their groove and we are already seeing confidences grow again. Many thanks again and we look forward to seeing you over the next few weeks. BSA swim team

16.01.2022 Update: For all Direct Debit Members through Debit Success. We have been advised today from Debit Success that all debits are paused immediately. Their statement to us reads; This means that Debitsuccess must action an indefinite suspension on the collection of all your direct debit customer membership fees, including all payments scheduled for Monday, 23rd March. Rest assured that these accounts will sit in hibernation until such time as we are able to open and get back to the gym, however long that may be. Our staff have been boeyed by your support of us. I would like to confirm the following details.... All bookings and payments that have been made for Term 2, including active kids vouchers, are being held on your account for future lessons/terms.We look forward to being able to return to normal as soon as possible.
