They chose swim spa plunge pool as we built an landscaped their pool at their former house at kellyville. This pool is fitted with Hayward Omni logic giving fully automated operation of all pool and garden features . It also electronically monitors and adjusts water ballance . Joe being recently retired has completed the tiling, decking and gardens himself .

15.01.2022 Our design team transformed this property in Sydneys north into a stunning integrated outdoor recreation area. The customer presented us with drawings and plans she had paid dearly for . After a short discussion we threw them in the bin and started from the ground up . The site presented a few challenges . First was the access , a mere 900mm and that is after we demolished their laundry. Then It was solid rock excavation and creating drainage to fix their flooding gar...age problem. The plan was to retain and fill the top half of the yard to create a new flat grassed area . This also reduced the cost of getting rid of spoil . We also had a new deck and awning built . The gardens are the finishing touches The pool runs state of the art 8 star Haywood pure silk sanitisation system, coupled with our own Eco flow circulation . Combined with the solar heating and spa blower & jets filtration. The pool is solar heated and looks amazing . We are over the moon with the result and more importantly so are the owners . See more

It is fitted with spa jets, spa electrics LED light, pure silk salt sanitising, & 8 star energy efficient pump. Even thou the pool is surrounded by trees it will require minimal maintenance thanks to our modern Eco flow circulation system .We designed , planned & built the pool and the customer loves it . We were looking to transform our cramped, overgrown and mosquito ridden terrace courtyard into a relaxing urban oasis and maximise usable outdoor space for our small family. We love lounging in or by a pool and the convenience of a home pool vs packing, parking and lugging gear and kids to the beach. We knew this property enhancement would keep... us happy in the inner city for years to come and would be a wise investment. We were inspired by the outdoor plunge pools in spa villas in hotels in south east Asia. We wanted to incorporate an in-ground plunge pool, a small lawn and garden beds and have a dedicated food prep and BBQ bench, and storage of yard equipment behind a gate along the side of the house. All within a 24m2 paved footprint with bricked boundary walls and no rear lane access or parking. We had drawn up some ideas and Andrew discussed the feasibility and practically of each. He gave us a framework of what we could achieve in our space and guidance on the layout and design details around the pool and fencing, but allowed us the freedom to customise the overall look and pick all the styling details. Competitors tried to steer us towards other (above ground) products and away from the lawn, or told us we were foolish to spend the money or wouldnt even bother to quote us due to the site complexities. Andrew wanted to help us to realise our dream and was willing to work with us through the site constraints, which included manually excavating the footprint and craning in the pool, turf, and dirt. Andrew was a calm and a constant professional throughout the process, and we resolved several obstacles through his transparent communication and his commitment to complete the job.
