This year has been long & challeng...ing for many of us, but gratitude & giving thanks can & will really turn things around. Gratitude has the ability to shift our focus from dwelling on the negative to appreciating all of the positive in our lives. Research has even shown that gratitude can enhance our moods, decrease stress & drastically improve our overall level of health and wellbeing. Who would like a little overall wellbeing boost?? Things really do turn out the best for the people who make the best of how things turn out. This year doesn't have to define us & it definitely doesn't have to defeat us. The people who are going to get the most out of the challenges 2020 has presented are the people who have made the best out of this year.
