20.01.2022 Join us today for our R U OK? Mindful Colouring In session! Colouring is a relaxing activity that is great for your mental health. With semester now in full swing, we could all use something like this. So come along to a relaxing afternoon of colouring with friends. What to bring? Bring your coloured pencil or your favourite device. If you have your own paper, that's cool. But if you don't, Swinburne Art Hub have kindly made us some colouring in sheets. How amazing is that! See you at 2:30pm!

Remember that R U OK? is not just a day, it's a year round question to check on your family and friends ... We will continue our self care and mental health activities with our Self Care September and more events in the future! You can also join us next Wednesday for the Be Kind to your Mind event with headspace Hawthorn on Wednesday at 4pm!

18.01.2022 This week SUPA has organised a series of events in support of R U OK Day, which falls on Thursday September 10. Our major event for the week is an open forum with the Swinburne Department of Psychological Sciences where students and staff can come together to have a conversation about mental health and well being. We also have two mindfulness events earlier in the week. All of our events are free to attend over Zoom! Find all the details on the respective event pages linked b...elow: R U OK? Mindful Colouring In kicks off our week on Monday from 2:30 pm. Swinburne Art Hub have kindly created us some colouring in sheets for everyone to use! R U OK? Mindful Yoga on Tuesday at 10:30 am to get the energy you need to take on your day. Swinburne Psychology R U OK? Forum on Thursday the 10th from 12:00 to 1:00 pm is our key event of the week in partnership with the psychology department! R U OK? Day is a national suicide prevention campaign that encourages everyone to reach out to those struggling by asking a simple question Are you OK? - and is built around the idea that a simple conversation can change lives. You can join the conversation and tag us on social media using #RUOKSwinburne #SupaSwin This week will also be our second week of Self Care September so be sure to download our calendar to join in the fun!

17.01.2022 It has finally been 3 weeks of STEPtember! Our team has made an amazing effort, and so far we have done almost 1.5 million steps with our top stepper being Dr Mark Schier!
