I was fortunate enough to catch up with Chef and Founder of Swing Bridge, Jorge Guerrero, whom spoke to me about the origins of his store, the most popular dish around and even how the Irwin family ever visited. Despite being disconnected from the city, community spirit as well as giving back to the people is of upmost importance to Jorge. With the seasonal bushfires around this time of the year, he has decided to pay it forward by raising funds through raffle tickets and prizes.
