17.01.2022 We are looking at helping out A Swish family member @scott_fw who manages Mission Australia in the the Meekatharra region. Scott helps out local communities with new and used basketball equipment and clothing. Swish has jumped onboard and will be collecting items until the 30/12/20. ... 17.01.2022 @big_man_chazza was down @swishcitybasketball today raising money for Type 1 diabetes. Charlie was diagnosed 2 years ago, so the cause is very close to his heart. We pledged 34c to Charlie for every made basket for the hour, with the help of his sister @_jazzy.k_13 the pair made 353 shots for the hour earning $120 for this great cause. Plus a bonus minute @ $1 per shot they made a further $9. Great effort guys congrats on the fundraising efforts. ... 12.01.2022 If you have any basketball gear you no longer need or want feel free to drop off today between 8-11am Or tomorrow between 9:30-12:30 or 4-6. Tomorrow ( Wednesday 30/12) will be the last day we are collecting any gear. As Scott will be collecting and head up north. Stay cool today.
