22.01.2022 The Bellingen Swiss Patisserie & Bakery is a busy shop in a small but popular country town, called Bellingen on the NSW Mid Northcoast. We have a friendly team and a great work atmosphere. The position involves Pie production, some night work making bread and pastries. candidates don't necessarily have to have a trade certificate as a baker or pastrycook, but have to be able to use a dough sheeter and make puff pastry. You would also need some experience in Bread making but s...aying that, most products we make can be learned by an interested and astute person. You would have to be able to work within a professional team and also work un-supervised. This Position is for four days a week, but for the right person it can evolve into a full time job. If you are honest, easy to get along with, passionate, not afraid of hard work and want your work to be appreciated as well looking for a secure job in one of the most beautiful places in the world, don't hesitate to apply.
