20.01.2022 Do you need a conveyancer during the Christmas period? We will be out of office from 21st Dec until 7th Jan, but you can still reach us on our office number 03 5331 1416 (excluding public holidays) Happy holidays everyone!

08.01.2022 To all clients and colleagues, We are obviously all aware of the current community situation regarding the Coronavirus/Covid-19 and how this has been affecting all of us on a personal level and on a business level. At Switch Conveyancing we are putting our clients first to mitigate the risk of infection and to reduce the community spread. This is in accordance with what the Health Organisations and Government officials are advising. ... We have decided to continue operating in two stages to assist our clients and reduce confusion and stress during this time. The First step we have taken is to remove all client contact within our office all relevant parties to this have been contacted as to how we will conduct and handle their file to settlement to ensure no delays are met. The Second step we will be taking is to close the office and continue working remotely with the phones being diverted to Mobile phones to assist your queries. Due to the volume of phone calls we can received on any given day if you have to leave a message, we will return your call within that business day. Whilst we are working together to play our role in navigating through these unknown days and weeks ahead we will update all of you as further information comes to hand.
