20.01.2022 Well looks like the gym is re opening tomorrow morning at the crack of dawn. Few changes.QR code scan in. We are keeping up with the Joneses. We will need to take bookings for Zumba but good news is restrictions allow 40 people upstairs at Corrimal RSL. I will continue with Zoom also.This is great news. Look forward to seeing folks tomorrow.

When I Checked Government website it said 50 for a fitness class for NSW Regional and Rural....It has unfortunately been bought to my attention that Wollongong has its own special dietary requirements ....little grublets that we are. Soooooooo unfortunately we have to go back to 30. My heart is broken as it means i have to kick your butts with 2 sessions again instead of 1. Wahooooo. So please forgive me AND LET THE BOOKINGS RE BEGIN.10.15am and or 11.15am.....what do you fancy?????
