14.01.2022 Applications now open for 2021 HR and Finance Officer The Human Resources (HR) Officer is responsible for coordinating the recruitment of SWOT leadership committee members and tutors, thereby playing a crucial role in determining the future direction of SWOT. The position is also responsible for monitoring tutor engagement throughout the year and ensuring that all SWOT volunteers meet Working with Children Check requirements. The Finance Officer is responsible for SWOT’s fun...ds, as well as sourcing grants and sponsorships. Although not directly involved with tutors and students, Finance still plays an important role in ensuring that SWOT can provide the best support it can for its tutors and students. Interested in HR?
