15.01.2022 UPDATE 13th APRIL, 2020. Dear clients, We hope you all had a very Happy Easter & the Easter bunny left lots of goodies! ... Due to the COVID-19, Saltwater Swim Schools will be delaying it’s Term 2 opening until we receive the go ahead by the government to recommence. We are very eager to get back into the swing of things as we are sure you are too, so will keep you notified once we know when this will be happening. We want to thank all families for their support during this time. To those who have secured their placements and paid their deposits, you will be receiving your attendance KEY TAGS in the mail shortly. This key tag is uniquely coded to each child and must be scanned every time you attend lessons, this will assist in in keeping track of attendances and make-up classes. On your first scan you will receive a complimentary coffee or complimentary ice-cream (one per family). If you have not yet secured your placement, you can still do so by paying your $44 deposit, per child. This holds your placement and will come off your fees. Once your deposit is paid, your key tags will be mailed out to you. Payments can be made to: Saltwater Swim School BSB: 083-136 ACC: 322390582 Description: CHILDS SURNAME AND NAME FOR THE KIDS We will be sending out a Colouring Competition sheet to our students along with your key tags. We are super excited to get back into teaching and can’t wait to see everyone’s smiling faces as they enjoy the water once more.... Through careful planning and in consultation with Swim Australia and the Victorian Government, we are committed to practising the highest safety standards and protocols to ensure our clients are safe when returning to the pool. 05.01.2022 Hi everyone, we nearly made it, we have been actively working towards a safe opening, endless staff training and implementations of new systems for our opening on Monday 13th July. We are so devastated after all our planning to not be opening next week due to the new lockdown recently announced. With the support from the community and our clients, we will once again get through this and will aim for a fabulous re-opening after the 6 week lockdown. If you have paid for Term ...3, your placements are already confirmed and your payments will be pushed forward and adjusted to when lessons re-commence. If you have not yet paid and want to secure your placements, please ensure you pay a deposit to lock in your spot & receive your keytag. Your support has been very important to us and has been a driving force in keeping us positive and actively creating a hygienic and safe environment for you and your children. We wish you all well over the next 6 weeks and will touch base closer to the time with an official opening date for August. Our office hours will be Monday to Friday 9am 12pm.
