23.01.2022 Starting Monday July 17 Nick Long will be conducting self defence classes at the Coastal Community Centre on Tangadee Road at 8-9pm. Classes cost $10 or $65 for the term. With his 43 years of experience in Martial Arts his aim is to teach you some very effective self defence strategies and give you the confidence to use them.
