The stations today were set up prior to the session so members didnt have to touch them and towels must be used on mats. Round 1 Reps- 40,30,20,10 of each - Total 300 reps Squats, Push Ups, Sit Ups... Round 2- Reps- 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 of each- 165 reps total Burpees, Plank to Push Up, V-sits Round 3 Split Jumps - 20,18,16,14,12,10,8,6,4,2- 110 reps Hip Extension 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1- 55 reps
19.01.2022 Excited to get back outside with the groups next week!! We will be resuming our outdoor sessions in line with the Govt Guidelines of a 10 person limit. During this time we have decided to do bodyweight sessions only whilst adhering to social distancing. We are starting out with limited sessions next week as Lachie is expecting a baby any day now. 17.01.2022 Its been a huge week at Syd Fit Club. Lachie and his wife Alex welcomed a baby boy, Jack Parker, to the family on Tuesday. Big sister Lily has been amazing. Our Bootcamps also went back outside this week. A big shoutout to @andymckay13 and @minding.my.monkey.mind who ran the sessions in Lachies week off.
16.01.2022 Im really proud of all the SFC members for working their butts off recently. Its always tough to get up early in Winter when its cold and dark, or to go to training after a long days work. We are 2/3 way through Winter though and only 5 weeks until Spring! Those that have been training and eating well during these testing times will reap the benefits, and have a head start when everyone starts talking about getting their beach bod. 09.01.2022 Are you unsure if live online workouts will work for you? To be honest, even as I set up for our first session last night I was unsure of how it would go. The feedback has been amazing though!! If you are still not convinced, but are tired of just sitting around watching Netflix, book in for a free trial session and see if you like it. If you dont like it I wont be offended.

08.01.2022 On the 1st May 2019 a good mate, Andy, lost his long fought battle with a brain tumour. He was one of the nicest guys I have ever met, and sadly he was taken just before his 30th birthday. Even on his hardest of days when I asked him how he was feeling, he would always switch it around to ask how my family was going. Only 1 in 5 people with brain cancer survive more than 5 years. I will be taking part in Walk4BrainCancer on the 27th September to raise money for world-class brain cancer research, advocacy and awareness. Id appreciate any donation, big or small, and anything over $2 is tax deductible!

07.01.2022 So nice to be back at Balmoral with our Mums and Bubs group. Due to restricted numbers we are not currently offering babysitting. We understand this doesnt work for everyone, and we hope to be back to running our sessions with babysitting soon. Kids are still welcome to attend the sessions, as long as Mum is happy to have them around without a sitter.

04.01.2022 Full Body Kettlebell Workout If you are stuck at home and have a kettlebell or dumbbell give this workout a go! - 10 clean to reverse lunge, each side... - 10 single arm bent over row, each side - 10 push ups, 5 each side with 1 hand on KB - 10 power clean and press Rest 1-2 mins and complete 3-4 rounds. Next time I will add music so you dont have to hear me panting :)
