05.01.2022 Better than a thousand days of diligent training, is one training day with you.. You came into our life a stranger but became our friend, our mentor, our guide and our sculptor. Words fail to express our gratitude to you, We miss you.. We cannot wait to be back in the dojo with you again... Happy birthday, Sensei Paul....

03.01.2022 Dear Members. In the Government's attempt to curb the Corona Virus, I have decided to put a hold on all training sessions until we get the all clear. So no training Indoor or outdoors effective immediately.... Your accounts are on hold and i will attempt to create a You tube video for those wanting to practice at home. More details to come. The next grading will occur 2 weeks after we resume training so keep focused and fit. Stay well and see you all soon. Oss Sensei Paul Fenech
