20.01.2022 Bought for another client downsizing this week. They had recently sold and only had a few short weeks to buy, to match up their settlement dates, if they didn’t want to rent in between. We found them a suitable property, did the due diligence quickly & discreetly and alleviated the competition (over 30 parties inspecting last Saturday & half of them took contracts).
