SMT still holds a strict hygiene procedures and policy and will continue to align ourselves with the NSW government and health services to ensure the wellbeing of staff and clients are not put at risk. . . How are we doing this:... SMT is registered with the NSW government as a COVID SAFE ENVIRONMENT. * SMT has a detailed action plan. . 30mins cap still remain between each client to ensure cleaning can be carried out according the regulations. E.g linen change, antibacterial wipes of all services including door handles, hand rails, pens and services. . Daily temperature checks of staff and all clients . Linen is washed by a professional cleaning services using antibacterial wash. . All cups and IASTM instruments are wash with antibacterial wash in hot water after every use. . STAY SAFE follow the advise of the professionals . . I shall see you at your next booking. .

24.01.2022 Working from home is great however over the last few weeks the most common issue in which I am being presented with is tight traps, tension headaches and sore neck. . WHY ?? I bet you the ergonomics at your home desk is not right ? Your head is at a constent flexion , therefore putting strain on your traps which go right up into the base of your head.. think about it if your looking down all the time at your computer or phone these muscles are at a constent strain... no ...wonder people are getting sore neck, and headaches . .
