14.01.2022 Sharing some beautiful words from @floureggswater This is an insight into the way they and so many small businesses weathered the storm of 2020, adapted, kept going and emerged strong Back in March when we were forced to shut down our 4 businesses .. our livelihood and the heartbeat of our existence .. we felt defeated and scared. When you build a brand from the bottom up it takes grit and hard work. These beasts that are our businesses have a life force of their own. It...’s not as easy as shifting a gear and changing route. But we did. We took our time.. we pivoted and we created @atavola at home. Our pasta in your home. Our food in your home. Our soul in your home. It was carefully curated and created and with the help of family, friends, suppliers and staff we fought our way back up. One rigatoni at a time. Now our pasta, our sauces and our killer lasagnes, soups, desserts and salads are freshly made in our pasta factory for you to enjoy at home. We even built an e commerce site (again with the generous and tireless help of our very good friend) because convenience is everything and the way we live our lives is fundamentally changing. This year is teaching us a lot. It’s not often a mirror is held up to your business and you are forced to see the reflection.. whether you like it or not. As Melbourne re-opens and this year begins to wrap up it’s been a time of reflection. Thank you to all of you who have have supported us. Liked a post. Commented with support. Enjoyed a meal.
