19.01.2022 And nature's cycles turn. After the still and reflective energy of winter, spring has brought with it all the vibrancy of the season. This term we're excited to reintroduce training in ki cultivation, meditation and breathing techniques, as well as aikido, on Saturday mornings at 7:30. There is no better way to start the weekend and we look forward to seeing you there.
