Stage 1 is for all players Under 18 years old who wish to compete. We need from you a reply YES or NO whether you will play. Start date is proposed for 1 August. Possibly run for 8 weeks. There are no details whatsoever about who else, what days, any format, length of matches (timed or untimed), cost or other matters.
