Just a quick post to let you know that the repair workshop will be remaining open through this period - and until further notice the retail store will be also. Now could be a great time to have your instruments refreshed or repaired if it has been a while! We are stocked with plenty of practice mutes for brass and swabs/cleaning cloths for all instruments, please don’t hesitate to ask if you are in need. The measures ...we are undertaking in order to remain on top of the Covid-19 situation are these: 1) We are taking extra care to disinfect instruments during the repair process. This will add some lead time to repairs, we thank everyone for their patience. 2) We are disinfecting all surfaces and stock very regularly using Isopropyl Alcohol (70%). Our stock in store will only be available for play testing through appointments until further notice, let us know if you are thinking of coming in to play test. Also we have hand sanitiser here in store for every walk in customer and we ask that it is applied. 3) We ask that anyone who is suffering cold or flu like symptoms not come in to the store. We are monitoring our own health very closely and are acutely aware of our potential impact on others, this is for the good of everyone in the community. However long this process lasts we’ll be doing our best to ensure that our service remains consistent and reliable - we hope the best for all of you. Stay safe and we’ll see you soon.
