21.01.2022 A big thank you to our generous members who donated many items for our charity drive #itsinthebag for Share the Dignity, who help to ensure everyone is afforded the dignity so many of us take for granted. Share the Dignity directly benefits women in crisis. We will use all these items to make up bags to donate to this great cause.

17.01.2022 The Cake Decorators' Guild of NSW will be at the Demonstration Area in the Arts & Crafts Pavillion at the Sydney Royal Easter Show this Sunday 14th April, from 9am to 5.30pm. Members from Branches of the Guild across the State will be showing you their skills with sugar throughout the day. Come along and have a chat, learn how to get involved in your local Branch. There is something for young and old, as many Branches have events for children. ... There will be three demonstrations happening at all times. These will change throughout the day, so drop by whenever you are near by.

15.01.2022 Thank you to our members who donated products and money for Share the Dignity. We were able to make up 18 bags to donate to this great cause.

14.01.2022 A quick tip.... I recently discovered these eyeball lollies. My kids thought they would be funny and put them on a Harry Potter sorting hat cake I recently made. They looked so good I went back to buy some more to keep in my cake decorating kit. The packet has a few different colours and the lollies are very glossy and very realistic looking. They are available for $3 at Big W. Get in before Halloween or they will be gone for another year Ps there is realistic looking blue and green colours in the pack (and it would look even better if you use the same colour eyes on your design ) they are so realistic I found it quite off putting to eat them!
