As seen in the video Andrea allows his shoulder to 'roll in' as he reaches full depth. What I would want everybody to know about flexibility Without strength your flexibility (even if you have it) is useless. The best you will be able to do with it is a downward dog or a sun salutation on your mat Spend a considerable amount of time dedicated to progressively increasing your range of motion and you will have your flexibility accessible to you for ever - hot, cold, day or middle of the night. Glucose is the bodies favoured energy source for exercising and will go to that once it is pushed. This is in part because glucose is stored on the muscle itself, so doesn't have to be transported very far. Walking or very slow running can burn a bit more fat, but if you have glucose in the muscle, the body will still turn to the glucose when it starts to get difficult. ......
