24.01.2022 "I considered my options. There was only one I knew. There was always only one. To keep walking" - Cheryl Strayed Quote from "Wild". Pictured is the quote as featured in Cheryl Strayed's "Brave Enough: A Mini Instruction Manual for the Soul".

23.01.2022 We're getting there, track by track.

23.01.2022 Popular spots in Royal National Park have been closed until further notice due to the coronavirus pandemic. They include Wattamolla, Garie Beach, Garrawarra Far...m, Bonnie Vale and campgrounds. Audley Visitor Centre is also closed, but phone lines remain open. Tracks and Trails remain open. Social distancing laws apply.

04.01.2022 I loved my first experience at Billabong Retreat Sydney so much that I've just come back from my second stay. Bliss in the bush!

03.01.2022 I confess to only doing the Bay Run as a flimsy excuse to eat Italian ricotta cake in Haberfield. Priorities. But if you have kids and still want to get a walk in, it could be the perfect track. Thanks to Hello Sydney Kids

02.01.2022 I'm not saying there's any connection to #toiletpapergate but we are experiencing a sudden and inexplicable surge in sales of water purification tablets. I'm not sure if it's all for wilderness hiking, but it would definitely save 25 plastic bottles of water going to landfill. Got plenty in stock. No need to squabble.

01.01.2022 It's prime whale watching time, and there are plenty to be seen from land if you know where to go.

01.01.2022 Q. Can I go hiking during COVID-19? A. Refer to chart. Genius of Lotsafreshair
