24.01.2022 On Saturday, Sydney Consulting Club ran our annual University of Sydney Business School Case Competition virtually with four teams from universities across Australia and New Zealand. With only 10 hours, these teams created innovative and effective solutions for the national youth mental health not-for-profit headspace, focussing on how headspace could improve their services for the rapidly changing and diverse needs in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. Congratulations to the UTS: University of Technology Sydney for winning the competition, and thank you to Curtin University and UNSW for your fantastic efforts. The FMAA Management Consulting Case Competition (MCCC) invites students from Australia’s top universities to showcase their problem solving skills on a real business case, and gain hands-on experience as a management consultant. ... 01.01.2022 Congratulations to Midnight Consulting, Ryan Borges, Anika Sahi and Maja Vasic, for winning the inaugural SCC Winter Case Competition for 2020. On Thursday night, the team presented a sophisticated and impressive case on lululemon's future growth plans. We highly commend their efforts and the hard work that all competitors put into their presentations. Our motivation in this case competition was to encourage junior students to take a leap in trying a case competition and foster as much of a learning experience throughout. We hope to see all the competitors and any interested students apply for the SCC International Case Competition Squad for the next semester when registrations open.
