08.01.2022 Although this year has certainly been a challenge for all of us, we believe that keeping the movie-making going is important and so we are already hard at work on the 8th annual Czech & Slovak Film Festival. The festival will be held on Wed 24 to Sun 28 March 2021 in our home at the Dendy Cinemas in Newtown. This year is going to be loaded with legendary movies. Are you coming?
08.01.2022 Czech film CHARLATAN / Šarlatán by celebrated film director Agnieszka Holland at POLISH FF in Sydney: DATE: 8 November 2020 @ 6 PM CINEMA: Palace Norton DETAILS: https://www.polishfilmfestival.org/sydney-charlatan Drama, a life story about the Czech healer Jan Mikolášek (Ivan Trojan), who was persecuted from both Nazi and Communist regimes, was submitted as this year Czech Oscar candidate to the 93rd Academy Awards....
