Until further notice, our room...s at Sydney Sports Medicine Centre and Sydney Elite are still open, with our amazing massage team still providing their hygienic and effective soft tissue therapy to help with your pain and dysfunction. Helping people through exercise and massage therapy throughout Sydney, whether it be in my workplace, within the corporate sector or being part of a high performance unit in elite sports, has made up a huge part of my work life. I am saddened that I will not be there in person in the short term (hopefully) to aid people through the power of hands on treatment, however, not all has been lost! If you, your family or friends would like any tips on how to stretch, strengthen or self massage, I will be now taking bookings for short and long video calls on Zoom, Skype or Facetime.
