24.01.2022 A bit of fun today setting up a delicious graze table for my gorgeous clients who are staggering their events to include all family and friends so a small celebration turns into a larger one without excluding family and friend! I encourage everyone to consider this approach whilst we still have restrictions. Its a great way to stagger your event without loosing the feel of a bigger celebration. From the finest cheeses to the yummiest bread, cured gravalax, homemade chocolate bark Ive been known to drive miles to find the best fare! With smaller events resurching I cannot recommend graze style event . Perfect for staggered events, you can keep adding as I did this last weekend for a double event luncheon feeding into a tea.

04.01.2022 Some magnificent images via photographer of the event we styled and catered for a fortnight ago! A beautiful dinner for 24 pax, followed by a luncheon the next day and tea. Event life may seem different but you can still have a larger crowd if you stagger your event and keep within the guidelines. This is a clever way to keep friends and family includes still maintaining restrictions and keeping it personal. Holding thumbs and toes that NSW stays safe and we can continue to celebrate and host events. In the meanwhile a home event present the perfect way to keep your celebrations going!

Flowers, more fleeting, more ethereal, and more delicate than the plants out of which they emerged, would become like messengers from another realm, like a bridge between the world of physical forms and the formless. They not only had a scent that was delicate and pleasing to humans, but also brought a fragrance from the realm of spirit. Using the word enlightenment in a wider sense than the conventionally accepted one, we could look upon flowers as the enlightenment of plants.

03.01.2022 I have been up since 5am and havent had a bite to eat or a coffee 7 hrs later! And guess what I hadnt even noticed - I am in the ZONE! Flowers, food, chocolates!
