20.01.2022 Are you a First Home Buyer looking to purchase a property this year? The First Home Loan Deposit Scheme is now live and we are thrilled to be able to assist eli...gible applicants to take advantage of this Federal Government Scheme. The scheme allows eligible applicants to purchase a home with just a 5% deposit and essentially avoid paying thousands of dollars in lenders mortgage insurance.

17.01.2022 I have had a lot of people contacting the past few weeks after receiving letters from their lender increasing the interest rate on their home loans. Rates have ...been moving up a little recently as lenders blame funding costs. If you have had a rate rise and are curious to know whether your rate is too high, please email me [email protected] or call me 0402669787 to find out in a few mins if its worth exploring a refinance to save you some cash. Most of the people who i have spoken to the past few weeks can save at least 3k per year off their home loan repayments.

14.01.2022 There is a lot happening at the moment in the lending landscape. Rates are dropping across the board with some lenders being very aggressive and offering amazin...g fixed rates in an effort to grab market share. There are a few lenders doing 2.99%! (3.53% comparison rate) Now is a great time to do a home loan health check to see if you could be saving significantly per year on your home loan. On most refinances my clients save an average of between $3000 -$6000 per year by refinancing. Its a very simple process to check your current home loan to see if there is any potential to save. PM me for more details.

13.01.2022 Another rate cut, another lenders leader board for who has passed on what percentage of the #reservebanks 0.25% cut this month Major Bank rate cut leader board ...1. ANZ Australia = 100% (0.25%) 2. Westpac = 80% (0.20%) Macquarie Bank = 80% (0.20%) ING Australia = 80% (0.20%) 3. NAB = 76% (0.19%) Commonwealth Bank 76% (0.19%) However, if we total the banks' rate cuts from June & July the leader board looks like this 1. Macquarie Bank = 90% (0.45%) ING Australia = 90% (0.45%) 2. Commonwealth Bank = 88% (0.44%) NAB = 88% (0.44%) 3. ANZ Australia = 86% (0.43%) 4. Westpac = 80% (0.40%) As you can see, the total shows no single major bank has passed on 100% of the two rate cuts and the difference between the first four lenders mentioned above is just 0.01% NOTE: These relate to the P&I Variable rates for owner-occupied loans - variations do exist lender to lender for Investment loans and Interest Only loans

11.01.2022 If any of my Facebook friends out there have multiple credit cards that are attracting 20%+ interest, it might be worth considering a personal loan to consolida...te all those debts into one fixed repayment that is easy to manage and that will in most cases attract a significantly lower rate of interest. As always if you would like more info im only a PM away!

11.01.2022 Lending assessment rates relaxed!! In the wake of recent commentary from APRA in relation to mortgage lenders serviceability calculations, several major len...ders have now relaxed their assessment rates in accordance with the new guidelines. This means home loan applications no longer have to be assessed at a rate of 7.00%, or more. The result for consumers is ultimately greater borrowing power. We now have lenders assessing home loans at rates as low as 5.30%, a big drop from over 7.00%! The exact assessment rate that will be used is influenced by a number of factors, and this rate alone doesn't dictate which lender is most appropriate for your personal circumstances. However, if you were previously told you could not borrow the exact amount you had hoped for, now would be a great time to have your borrowing power re-assessed.

09.01.2022 How much of the RBA cut is each bank passing on to you! Major Bank rate cut leader board 1. Commonwealth Bank = 100% (0.25%)... NAB = 100% (0.25%) Macquarie Bank = 100% (0.25%) ING Australia = 100% (0.25%) 2. Westpac = 80% (0.20%) 3. ANZ Australia = 72% (0.18%) See more

07.01.2022 My friend and barber Happy Wallu is very pleased with his recent purchase of the Hybrid Camry. Nice colour choice mate. If you are buying a car let me see if i... can help you before you talk to the dealerships about finance because the dealerships will only offer cheap finance if they have stung you on the purchase price. They don't do deals without making money somewhere. Generally speaking if you can shop around on the purchase price and organise your own finance you should be able to secure a better price for the vehicle. See more
