25.01.2022 A comment on that post a few minutes ago. Such things always get my brain in gear... Imagine the effort taken by some to follow the below information which close to 90% of people do. Based on that non-truth they effectively stripped themselves of heart and artery health ‘protection’. The very opposite of what they were told.... Cholesterol is a protective agent used in repair, amongst other things. It re-builds tissue and keeps it healthy. It is EXTREMELY sad the amount of increased death rates going on for the last 40 years due to this mis-information hundreds of thousands of people / cases. Each case represents a lot of pain, heartache and sadness. And all they were doing was trying to do the ‘right thing’. These people are brothers, sisters, mums and dads, close friends etc. It not only affects the individual but also those around and close to them. Thus magnifying its effect by 5-10x. In certain ways this planet and our modern life is not what you would have imagined as the norm when aged 6 or 8. In fact most things are often in the realm of slightly crazy. This is one such case and really just on the topic of cholesterol. Add vaccinations (some of them), mercury fillings, fluoride in water, mobile phones, EMF, fire retardants in carpets / lounges, etc, off gassing paints, plasticand a million other things, we are dying in more than ever in record numbers.
