Previous troubleshooting for issue: This is an upgrade request Required work: Backup all user data, website history, browser profiles, desktop files, local profile, application settings, sticky notes etc. Note all current installed applications on machine (Citrix, skype, teams and many others) Note all current installed printers on machine Upgrade from Win7 to Win10 (Note current user has E5 license which includes Win10) Install all required applications as per SoE (or from your notes prior to upgrade) Restore all prior backed up local data and profiles.
