11.01.2022 Public Health (COVID-19 restrictions on gathering and movement) Order 2020 (Fed) This order: https://preview.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/public-health-orders gives Ministerial directions to deal with the public health risk of COVID-19 and its possible consequences. It directs that a person must not, without reasonable excuse, leave the person’s place of residence. Examples of a reasonable excuse include leaving for reasons involving: (a) obtaining food or other goods and services, (b...) travelling for the purposes of work or education if the person cannot do it at home, (c) exercise, (d) medical or caring reasons. In addition, the order directs that a person must not participate in a gathering in a public place of more than two persons. Exceptions include: (a) gatherings of members of the same household, and (b) gatherings essential for work or education. See more

07.01.2022 In response to the Coronavirus and in the interests of staff, clients and colleagues, Court Legal have transitioned to working remotely over the last few days. Thanks to our staff and our IT support we are fully operational and up and running. Until further notice all conferences will be by telephone and video link. Attendance at court hearings will depend on the Courts, the Judges and their staff. We receive daily updates.
