25.01.2022 This is a recent driveway we colour sealed out at Panania for our customer! turned out absolutely brilliant. The project took us two days, first we cleaned all areas using our high pressure diesel hot wash to remove any dirt and debris to ensure our sealer bonded well with the concrete surface, then we returned and applied the sealer and it looks fantastic! Really makes a difference in comparison to a standard concrete driveway, On this particular job we actually also sealed the paths beside each house down to the entertaining areas. 22.01.2022 A bit of night shift work ! The team headed out to Concrite Alexandria to complete a walkway and exclusion zone in cold applied plastic. The highly resistant product holds up alot longer than regular painting products and is used in predominately high traffic areas. This area will be driven over daily by Concrites fleet of Agitators and more therefore it required this product to withstand the punishment. Team put in a great effort and the overall result looks fantastic. 19.01.2022 Some more work we completed last week, the guys installed these stair nosings out at a new complex in Blu Bay NSW. Beautiful spot, we recently travelled here and done some tactiles, client asked us to return and complete the job. 19.01.2022 Nearly a week done already in 2020! time seriously does fly, we have completed a couple of jobs this week and got over our holiday hangover. Starting the year is always difficult, switching your mind back on, setting new goals and striving for more can sometimes take you a while but if you truly love what you do its alot easier. We believe in offering a service that is above expectation, delivers in more ways than one but most of all providing something that extends beyond wh...at we do. What i mean is Its not always the job at hand but the relationships of those you work with and the enjoyment of seeing satisfaction in others. The change you created, the improvements you made, the small things we sometimes miss and neglect to notice. These are things that drive us and keep us pushing, its definitely not the early mornings and late nights we look forward to! nor the aching muscles or the stress that comes with it!. We are lucky in that we have the luxury of working with a blank canvas and creating art, the end result, seeing something that you imagined come to life is always a great thing but its not what keeps us motivated and pushing for more. The relationships you have with customers and staff , the ability to notice the good , see the effect you have is very important to maintain a positive outlook, and makes getting out of bed that much easier. All in all our main focus with this post is, as you start this new year, dont look at the bad, the negative. Be inspired by the good and the small things that we sometimes neglect to see. Its easy to focus on negatives, easy to complain but easy doesnt make it easier. Its a job but its also your life, your outlook defines your success. 19.01.2022 And with that we are done! Last job for the year once again with our friends at Adtrans Hino. This was completed at their Smeaton grange site , we once again completed pedestrian walkways, zebra crossings for clear , easily understood pedestrian access across the site. Turned out great, was absolutely scorching today but the end result made it very worthwhile. To all our clients, friends and followers have a great Christmas and New year. We will see you in 2020!
18.01.2022 This was a tremendous effort from the team, Spent quite a few weeks on this project and there was a huge amount of work completed t for our friends over at Boral at their new Bringelly plant. On this job we installed Wheel Stops, Truck stops, bollards, guard rail, hand rail and gates as well as completed all linemarking including the cold applied plastic paths. The end result is fantastic and definitely looks the part, we started with a blank canvas and its a great feeling seeing it all come together! 18.01.2022 Over the weekend the team ventured out to Direct Pallets in Ingleburn and completed some line marking work for their plant. We line marked pedestrian walkways, loading & strapping bays as well as pedestrian crossings and a few touch ups here and there to existing faded works completed some time ago. Job turned out great and the client was very satisifed, we keep moving, keep working.
15.01.2022 We had a busy weekend indeed, terrific effort from the team with the heatwave in Sydney. We ventured back out to Boral Quarries in St Peters to do some pedestrian pathways and continue on with our previous work before christmas. Such a large plant, but we are moving along and great to see the planning , the mental pictures come to life. Still more to go here as the weeks progress.
15.01.2022 This one has been a long time in the making, the guys just finished up out here Uncle Leos Roadhouse over the weekend! Such a longstanding, respected local business in our community, we were ecstatic at the opportunity to brighten the place up and give it a refresh. Such a busy site , so many trucks who visit the premises on a regular basis so it did take us some time to get all the areas done but we are grateful to have it done now and for it to have come up as it has. 14.01.2022 Heres a job we completed for our friends at Boral Quarries St Peters, alot of work taking place at this plant, on this day we installed bollards and chain in all powder coated safety yellow to segregate pedestrians from the roadway when walking on their pedestrian routes. 14.01.2022 Recently we completed a project at Broadway shopping centre which involved stainless tactile indicators and some fixed and removable stainless bollards. The job turned out excellent, in this situation the customer required surface mount removable bollards to be mounted into the tiles to limit any trip hazards. Turned out spectacular to say the least. 12.01.2022 Recently i posted regarding a job we had completed for our customer Icons in Nowra for their new shopping complex. 12.01.2022 Not long ago i shared a post about some work we had completed at the new business centre 'The Hub, Gregory Hills' in the basement car park, well recently we were back! We first pressure washed and cleaned the concrete slab before linemarking all bays, disableds, share zones W/Flexible bollards and highlighted edges on the ground level car park! turned out fantastic! this new facility is absolutely stunning, great opportunity for any interested businesses who wish to get a mod...ern office space, or shop front in an absolute prime location. 10.01.2022 This was another big project! the team ventured out to the Boral Botany plant on sunday and put in a massive day, linemarking pedestrian walkways and installing wheel stops & truck stops. 09.01.2022 Another project we completed last week for one of our main clients Boral, this was out at their Caringbah plant. We linemarked the walkways, provided anti slip and line marked the blue parking bays as required. Turned out great, another one down early!
09.01.2022 Saturday mornings efforts! we had a customer contact us late last week in desperate need of a pedestrian crossing in the city, we moved some things around and made it happen. 5.5m Wide crossing, 15m long in cold applied plastic on cobblestone pavers. The end result came up terrific, once again cold applied will hold up in high traffic areas and is a longer lasting solution to traditional road marking paints. Good job team!
08.01.2022 The guys this week revisited a project we completed last year for Grindley at their Warrigal project in Queanbeyan. Previously we completed line marking, bollards, wheel stops and corner guards. This time we returned to add some stencilling to their car park spots to indicate staff, visitor etc. This job turned out brilliant, and one of those jobs where we showed our versatility and how we can provide a complete service! great work guys.
07.01.2022 Thought it was about time i shared another project! this is one we completed a few weeks back at the Belconnen Westfields Loading Dock in the ACT. We pressure washed the entire area with our trusted diesel hot wash prior to painting, as you can imagine with this existing store the surface was not ready for paint but we brought it back, then we applied the colour and made it all look great again. On this project we linemarked a hatched loading area, pedestrian walkway with dir...ectional arrows as requested by the client, loading dock parking bays and the loading dock bumper edge. It turned out absolutely brilliant and the guys done a great job! 07.01.2022 This project we have been on for some time for Alto groups new Audi dealership in Gregory Hills. We provided cleaning of the entire site and line marking of all showroom bays, pedestrian walkways and parking bays both internal and external. Great to see the finished product, the guys put in a tremendous effort. Looking forward to the site being open and functional, not far away now. 06.01.2022 A recent project we completed in conjunction with Spirit Pacific Constructions over at Australia Posts distribution centre in Eastern creek. We were asked to provide a long lasting solution for their sorting facility, detailing route run numbers so we proposed the cold applied plastic solution. Cold applied plastic will hold up for many years to come and will continue to look great even with the harshest of treatments with simple maintenance procedures. Took many weekends to... complete this project especially with Australia Post staff working overtime during this horrible pandemic to ensure all our packages were dispatched, numerous spur of the moment shifts , they truly had a lot on their plate but in the end it looked brilliant and the client was extremely satisfied. Customer had asked us to refresh this sites line marking and bring it back to where it once was! we added in some of our own little touches and really brightened the place up! 05.01.2022 What an effort the guys put in on this job, this is a local community centre in Padstow, we had a contact of ours reach out and ask to assist his group in cleaning and sealing the surrounding exterior areas in a charcoal colour. The guys had a task ahead of them in bringing this concrete surface back, This site had a lot of build up that was obviously building and developing for many many years but the guys managed to bring the surface up to a near unrecognizable level with t...he help of our high pressure hot wash!. The client was that impressed they were reconsidering if sealing was truly necessary! The following day we returned and sealed all of the surfaces in a charcoal tinted sealer and look at the results! Truly reinvigorated this site, providing CPR and breathing new life into a tired slab!, honestly such a satisfying feeling going through these photos! great work team! Guys relined the existing car park lines, shared zone and disableds. Painted kerbs, laid down a cold applied plastic zebra crossing from car park to office area as well as marked out 70m long truck bays in white cap as requested by the client. 04.01.2022 Metromix Cromer! was great to get back with our friends at Metromix and apply some line marking to their newly refurbished facility! The plant looks great, nearly ready for operation. Great effort from the guys, This site was 95% Cold Applied Plastic and required grinding of the site and priming prior to application. Cold Applied Plastic will take the punishment from constant trucks passing over and is a much more sustainable solution in heavy traffic areas. 03.01.2022 Been a while! I thought i should share a Recent project we completed for Lawrence Hargraves School in Warwick Farm. For this job the client contacted us as they were in need of refreshing their current car park and various ledges, steps around the school campus. We also installed wheel stops to protect the buildings and fencing where vehicles are to park and overall it turned out to be a superb job. The finish really brightens up the school, especially at the entry with the h...ighlighted kerbs and fresh paint on the old asphalt speed humps. 03.01.2022 Last week the team ventured out to Minchinbury to complete a job for our friends at Car City. This was a site that we had previously completed and required reline due to fading etc, this time around however we went the extra mile. Added in yellow pads to make the stencilling text stand out further and painted all the kerbings, the job turned out brilliant and the customer was extremely happy with the results. 02.01.2022 Yesterdays efforts! We ventured out to Mascot and visited our friends at Adtrans Hino to implement their traffic management plan. Adtrans remains committed to the safety of all people who visit their sites. These walkways are clear, easy to determine and allow access to every part of the yard. Crossings allow pedestrians right of way when crossing the yard, no more questioning am I going, or are they. The purpose is clear.
