If you can, find something interesting, different, unique a point of difference. Catering & beverage selection is key to a successful event consider all your guests including all the dietary. Lighting, Lighting, Lighting, this will enhance the best features and hide the worst features of any venue and create atmosphere. Music matters, invest in music. Start Strong. If you hit people with a strong cocktail when they arrive, they loosen up from the beginning. Entertainment is critical to keep your guests engaged, strategically place entertainment during gaps and the night will just flow effortlessly. Have a great creative invitation that will engage excitement prior to the event and build momentum using the same creative via social media. Almost like building a brand about your party. Pick a theme. Although some guests don’t like themed parties having some sort of theme gives you a vehicle to hook all your creative communication and decorations and set the tone of your party.
