06.01.2022 Hi friends! We are collaborating with Bird Egg Films (LA) and Kristen Hodges on an amazing documentary about Dementia and innovation in care for people living with dementia. It is told through the story of Australian journalist Renee Brack and her personal journey with her dad where she learned to communicate with him through his art. So far we are partnered with Dementia Australia and Alzheimers Association USA and many other innovative organisations globally. We have a let...ter of interest from a leading Australian distributor for theatrical distribution and global film festival distribution. (So if we get the project off the ground it will be coming to a cinema near you!) We are down to the last $300K of the financing and we are reaching out to local businesses, family and friends to donate whatever you can manage. $20, $50 it all adds up. Dementia affects 1 in every 10 Aussies over 65yrs and 1 in 3 people over 80yrs. This story has uncovered innovations in care that may help your mum or dad or even yourself.
