13.01.2022 I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who attended our event on Saturday night. The turnout was just as big as we expected, 500+ cars filled the multi storey car park, various big name drag cars were in attendance along with Knafeh on their last night till spring. I would like to thank our sponsors on the night Hired Group who helped make the night the success it was, without their help we wouldnt be able to put on the these type of events. Thank you to the... Knafeh team for delaying their trip to hold this last event before jetsetting to Lebanon for Knafeh Beirut. Special thanks to Gee for helping with transport, logistics and for getting the R100 safely on top of the Knafeh container - something thats not as easy as it looks! Big shoutout and thank you to the boys behind the scenes making this all happen, Tony, my brother in law and his son Nathan, manning the door was not an easy task, My brother in law George helping my best mate Charlie control the traffic on the streets, my long time mate Mitch who helped manage traffic and safety on the various levels and to my cousin Paul who helped setup, manage and control the night. Thanks again boys. Thank you to all the workshops that made it down, you are all doing amazing work If i have forgotten anyone else i apologise! With only a few minor hiccups on the night everything managed to run very smoothly. I do apologise for the delay with awarding trophies, they were scheduled to be announced at 9PM however attendees started to leave before then. Im reaching out to the people we have missed and will be sending them their trophies. Trophies were independently judged so that we could stay impartial. The Best in show on the night was awarded to Dom Perri in his immaculate GOD RX2, the car is done to perfection and its no surprise he took away the top trophy. Best in show runner up along with best rotary paint and panel was awarded to Paul in WKD13B who showcased his freshly built RX3. Seeing this car in person is truly amazing, the paint and panel by Custom Bodyworks is unbelievable! There was a lot of amazing cars on the night, some of which ive never seen before, its great seeing the car scene grow together. If you have photos/videos please send them through and i will post and tag you. I was to busy on the night to even take 1 photo. Thank you again to each and everyone of you - till next time!

13.01.2022 Tomorrow is looking to be a HUGE night! Weather is looking perfect. Doors officially open at 6pm however you can get in earlier. If the car park is full we will need to turn away cars Word to the wise: *** RULES **... At all times please follow event team directions when entering and exiting the car park. Park in allocated spots or as per directed by event staff. *** Be warned the inside and outside of the car park is under video surveillance and in the event of people being stupid, venue management will report your bad behaviour to the authorities. In other words dont be be stupid, dont do burnouts and your will be fine *** Be safe when driving in - there are people walking about the car park so be cautious at all times. * No speeding within the car park or vicinity. * Toilets are provided onsite however there is alternative toilets 50m down the road next to cheeky chocolate. * Please place rubbish in the bins provided * Look but dont touch policy on cars within the car park * No revving your engine whilst in the area or in the car park * Have entry fee prepared to ensure smooth entry into the car park * Enjoy your night! https://www.facebook.com/events/2439343156300805/
