It was a difficult undertaking but judging by the sample images we have received we think the results speak for themselves! Weve a couple of weeks break before Castle Hill Farmers & Fine Food Market on the 24th January and will be holding a talk/tasting session at the Slow Food Summer Harvest Festival on Sunday 25th January in Katoomba!
