19.01.2022 Black Beauty has reached practical completion of our works It's now over to the owners other trades to finish her off @ 12m wide, 50m long and 5.8m eaves this is a fantastic new multipurpose shed Large warehouse space, ground floor showroom, kitchen, bathrooms and 1st floor offices and meeting room Scope of works included design, engineering, survey set out, concrete slab for mixed NCC Class, manufacture and installation of the structure along with mezzanine flooring, disable...d access complaint staircase, roof and wall insulation (combination of AirCell and glass wool products), SOL Awning, window shades, window tinting, wall vents and roof vents all finished off in BlueScope COLORBOND Monument Not to forget the facade being finished off with a render/texture over foam on the frame and blue board we installed This project was a great example of multiple trades working together under both Sydney Sheds and Garages and the owner amidst the requirements for social distancing on construction sites Thanks go to Stramit Sales and Transport for supporting us with staged deliveries of long materials into a tight site that we were able to allow the owner to keep operating their business A big thanks to our installation team for keeping going, delivering a great finish and breaking in some newbies along the way And thanks to our Admin team for ensuring our third party service providers of surveyors and engineers were onsite when required and obtaining approvals for the use of cranes and concrete boom pumps from Sydney Airport PS. our new edge fall protection system was fully utilised on this build See more

07.01.2022 Out with the old...In with the New Our customer had a very old and decayed structure that was no longer serviceable to house and restore their collection of vehicles. We managed the demanding council requirements and design changes, sewer encasement and deep piering along with thickened slab for a car hoist.... Additionally we have connected the storm water and provided new electrical sub mains, lighting and power.
