14.01.2022 Industrial unit - Moore bank 2017 - red backs, rodents & large cockroaches. Blanket sprayed internal areas for the control of red backs and visible webbing spiders. All power switched off to the internal areas. A lot of movement straight after the treatment.

11.01.2022 Wahroonga 2017 - job completion, Overview - initial inspection we found extensive termite damage running through the strip timber floor boards, and because of time restraints we used altriset applied by direct foam injection into the termite galleries in the timber floor boards. 12-24 hours later shut down the activity. Next step we began drilling the slab, but found it was too thick (more than 600mm) so I changed tact, spoke with client and recommended Term - seal, to cover ...the cold/expansion joints where termites had breached into the property, but before we could even apply the Term - seal we had to prepare the areas, and one section needed urgent repair work, the Client and the building contractor worked together to cut the joist and bearers away from the wall, and cement/rendered the bottom section of the wall, once that was complete I could finally apply the prime coat and then the 2 coats of multi purpose active which will effectively form a barrier for any future termite infestation. Final result was impressive, and no chance of termites breaching the area from the ground up. See more
