17.01.2022 Update for Sunday Marrickville teams: The cancelled matches on 9/2/20 last week have been moved to the end of the season on 29/3/20. 16.01.2022 The playoff matches for the season are set for next week; Bronze match in the first hour and Gold match afterwards! Unfortunately due to the limited capacity from the venue and amount of interest from returning teams there will be no spots open for next season on Sundays at Marrickville PCYC. 14.01.2022 Congratulations to Detroit Smash for winning the 2020 Winter Season at Perry Park, Alexandria Monday nights! There will not be an additional season this year at Perry Park due to insufficient time. The competition is planned to resume mid-late January next year pending the venue! 13.01.2022 We're excited to share that the Monday Alexandria competition will be resuming next week on the 3rd of August! The season will be picking off from when it last started in March earlier this year with two weeks remaining in the season (including finals). More information will be sent to the Captains today. 13.01.2022 UPDATE ON GAMES AND COVID-19 Closely monitoring the current climate and in the interests of everyone's health and safety, SSV will be postponing all schedules matches for the next two weeks until 1ST APRIL 2020 at the minimum. Depending on how the situation evolves in the next two weeks there will be a further decision to continue postponing or to resume games.... While the decision may be disappointing for some this is to encourage social distancing across the entire community and put everyone's health and safety first. Stay safe everyone!

13.01.2022 We are currently monitoring the COVID-19 situation with venues and do not have current plans to postpone competitions. If this changes in the future we will make sure to update players as necessary. If you are feeling unwell, stay at home and make sure to excercise discretion with slapping hands as well as regular washing of hands. 11.01.2022 Hey everyone, with the competition restarting again tomorrow; I would like to remind all players: Please come dressed and ready to play. Limit physical contact with each other (no high fives, handshakes etc.) Try not to bring too many spectators.... Come on time to play and leave as soon as your game is finished, please do not loiter around after your game. The venue will provide sanitation on site as well as tracking through scanning in, thanks everyone and see you soon!

08.01.2022 We're excited to share that the Sunday Marrickville competition will be resuming next week on the 5th of July following easing of restrictions! The season will be picking off from when it last started in March earlier this year with three weeks remaining in the season (including finals). Details for the following season will be finalised after the first week of return, information to come.... Unfortunately there is no current confirmed date of return for Monday Alexandria at the moment; captains for the league will be emailed as soon as there is any green light. Thank you to everyone for their patience in these trying times and please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

07.01.2022 Great to see everyone back on the courts after a long four month hiatus; hopefully we'll be able to continue and get back into the groove of things!
