17.01.2022 Learnt a great technique today curtesy of my fabulous illustration teacher Mike Goulding from Willoughby Arts Centre. Here I traced an image of very inviting deck chair. Paired the white areas with gauche then went over the whole thing with ink then washed it back with water. Very cool and beautiful textures are created. 01.01.2022 I have to apologise! For the last eight weeks I have been designing a magazine for a wonderful client Four Winds but as a result let my posts slip! It has been great fun and a collaboration with another designer Janeke Rickards. Here are some of the simple organic shapes and earthy colours we used. So delicious!
