25.01.2022 Support the S E Tigers Supporter Group. Signed 2020 RFC jumper.

25.01.2022 The Tigers have made no changes for the Preliminary Final against Port this Friday night at 7:50pm. So after the Saints game the Tigers consider this the best team they can pick - at least against Port on the Adelaide oval. And the emergencies: Aarts, Caddy, Chol and Markov; are probably a fair indication of who might still get a game if the Tigers get to the Grand Final!. The Cammy is now fully booked so unless you already have registered for a seat you will not be able t...o join us to watch the game. If you have registered and cannot make it please cancel as soon as possible so another eager Tiger fan has a chance to join us. In case you haven't seen the full team here it is: B: Astbury, Grimes, Balta HB: Houli, Vlastuin, Baker C: McIntosh, Graham, Pickett HF Bolton, Martin, Castagna F: Rioli, Lynch, Riewoldt F: Nankervis, Cotchin, Edwards I: Short, Prestia, Broad, Lambert Social Distancing Rules: You check in at the bar You must be seated at a table (max. 4) to watch the game KITCHEN is Open until 8pm. Obviously Do Not Attend if you are UNWELL Otherwise all as normal, food, beer, footy, raffle, fun!

24.01.2022 The game against the Cats tonight promises to be a ripper. A Richmond win would just about guarantee finishing 3rd on the ladder and great run into the finals. A loss might see the Tigers finishing outside the top 4! So whether you are at the pub or home or elsewhere, why not show your passion for the Tigers by posting a message and/or a picture or you could buy a ticket in the SRT monster Raffle for the RFC Next Gen Academy here: https://www.raffletix.com.au?ref=upgcg ... or maybe both. "Carn the Tigers! Eatem alive!".

24.01.2022 The Tigers have made 2 changes for the game against the Dockers, Broad for Grimes (hamstring) and Higgins for Lambert (hip). 24.01.2022 "Cotchin to Martin... Martin to Riewoldt... Riewoldt goal!". It was terrific to see the Tiger machine realy starting to roll especially in the 2nd quarter last night. Once again it was a solid team effort from the backs through to the forwards and a strong midfield with Martin, Cotchin and Bolton. However there is only 4 days until Richmond has to back up and take on ladder leaders Port at the Adelaide oval. A tough challenge but the Tigers are up for it. So join us at the Ca...mmy this Saturday to be part of the "Tiger Roar". To reserve your seat REGISTER here: https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/round-11-richmond-vs-port-a Normal Social Distancing Rules Apply: You sign in at the bar and state group size (max 10) You must be seated at a table to watch the game There is limited seating so register early KITCHEN is CLOSED on Saturday but the Cammy has pies and you can order in ake away!. Obviously Do Not Attend if you are UNWELL Otherwise all as normal, beer, footy, raffle, fun!

The game is not on free to air TV so to watch it with us please Register here. https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/round-18-richmond-vs-adelai Registration is necessary to ensure there is enough covid space in the pub. 23.01.2022 Last week was a great team performance not least from the Tiger mids who more than held their own. Nankervis hit the ground running along with terrific play from Soldo, Bolton, Graham, and a BoG effort from Cotchin. Also Balta, after recent good form, really emerged as a key backman helping cover the absence of Astbury and Grimes. The Tiger train is really starting to build momentum. To join us at the Cammy and cheer on the Tigers REGISTER here: https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/round-15-richmond-vs-freman And for a chance to win some great prizes dont forget to check out our monster on-line raffle here: https://www.raffletix.com.au?ref=upgcg

21.01.2022 Announcing the SRT on-line Raffle fo the RFC Next Gen Academy. Get your tickets here: https://www.raffletix.com.au?ref=upgcg As an official supporter group of the Richmond Football Club we raise money every year to support the RFC Next Generation Academy. This on-line raffle is our major fund raising effort for this year. Normally our main fund raiser would be a pre-game function held prior to a Richmond games in Sydney, but this has not been possible due to the Covid-19 epid...emic. So please help us to build the biggest possible total for this years annual donation by supporting our raffle. The RFC Next Generation Academy is focused on engagement and talent identification in the Goulburn Murray, Bendigo, Sunraysia, and North Central areas of Victoria. It seeks to introduce the game of Australian Rules to both boys and girls, aged 5-18 years, who are from Indigenous and multicultural backgrounds, and provide pathways for coaches, umpires, and administrators. 21.01.2022 #GoTiges. All ready for tonight's do or die battle v Port! Huge game and the nerves are building.

21.01.2022 The Tigers truimphed over the Bombers and the heat in Darwin last Saturday. However once again Richmond was unable to convert much of their dominant play into scoreboard pressure. which could be a real problem this week. We meet the Eagles coming off only a 5 day break in a game the Tigers must win to grab a spot in the top 4. Naitanui is in carreer best form so the battle for the centre will be crucial and Lynch has to face the Tribunal and may not be available. So join us a...t the Cammy Thu 27th Aug at 7:10 to cheer for the Mighty Tigers! To reserve a seat REGISTER here: https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/round-14-richmond-vs-west-c Normal Social Distancing Rules Apply: You sign in at the bar and state group size (max 10) You must be seated at a table to watch the game There is limited seating so register early KITCHEN is OPEN until 8pm!. 21.01.2022 Well said WA. Flea has been an amazing friend and support to all of the regional and interstate Supporter Groups. He always ensured we were part of the Tiger family. I think we speak on behalf of all Sydney Tigers (past and present) when we say a heartfelt thank you for your amazing spirit and enthusiasm. We look forward to welcoming you back to Sydney soon.

19.01.2022 Tickets for the SRT on-line Raffle supporting the RFC Next Generation Academy can be purchased here: https://www.raffletix.com.au?ref=upgcg We encourage all Sydney Tiger fans to support the Academy by buying tickets. If you have already purchased tickets... thank you very much! However as this is our major fund raiser during this unprecedented year, we ask you to please also share this link with your family and friends as well. The RFC Next Gen Academy focuses on identifying and engaging talented young country footballers, boys and girls, (5-18 years old) who are from Indigenous and multicultural backgrounds, and also provide pathways for coaches, umpires, and administrators.

19.01.2022 After a great game Saturday night the Tigers fell away in the last quarter losing to Port by 21 points. However Richmond can improve when we face the Suns next Monday night. The return of Cotchin will help as well as a 9 day break. The Tigers are playing good footy and are getting better but they will want to be on top of their game against the Suns in order to hold/improve their position in the top 8. So join as at the Cammy Mon 17th Aug at 7:10 to "ROAR" for the Tigers! To ...reserve a seat REGISTER here: https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/round-12-richmond-vs-gold-c Normal Social Distancing Rules Apply: You sign in at the bar and state group size (max 10) You must be seated at a table to watch the game There is limited seating so register early KITCHEN is OPEN until 8pm!. 19.01.2022 Richmond and Geelong have played two terrific finals games in the last 3 years, in each case the Tigers triumphed and went on to win the Grand Final. This time we met in the Grand Final. The last time this happenned was 1967, one of the classic Grand Finals of all time! This promise to be just as good, if not better... "Go Tiges!" The Sydney RFC Supporter Group faithful will be gathering this coming Saturday night, 24th Oct, at 7:30pm at 'the Cammy' to cheer for the "Yellow a...nd Black." Seating is limited, however the hotel has provided us with some more seats in the outside/ smoking area, but it is still necessary for anyone wishing to join us to REGISTER here: https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/grand-final-richmond-vs-gee Normal rules apply: You will need to sign in at the bar - indicating how many people are sitting at your table. Obviously no one should attend if they are feeling unwell. If you cannot get there on the night PLEASE cancel as early as possible so we can offer your seat(s) to anothet Tiger fan. See more

18.01.2022 "So what - I just don't like cats!" Tiger dog - my favourite picture from last night at the Cammy.

16.01.2022 2020 Sydney Tigers Major Raffle - https://mailchi.mp//2020-sydney-tigers-major-raffle-4015793

16.01.2022 Our friends at Capital Tigers are also running a raffle with some great prizes - double your chances of winning and get involved in both. Good luck Tigers!

14.01.2022 Thursday nights win was doubly important, to hold our position on the ladder but also as a step up in form against a potenial finals opponent. On the player front, Stack should be available this week and Grimes and most others should be back for the Geelong game with the exception of Prestia. We face the Dockers Wed in a game the Tigers should win but Fremantle have surprised a couple of teams recently and Richmond cannot afford to drop a game. So join us at the Cammy Wed 2...nd Sep at 7:10 to cheer on the "yellow and black" To reserve a seat REGISTER here: https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/round-15-richmond-vs-freman Normal Social Distancing Rules Apply: You sign in at the bar and state group size (max 10) You must be seated at a table to watch the game There is limited seating so register early KITCHEN is OPEN until 8pm!. 13.01.2022 Monday night.... and what better way to start the week than cheering for the Tigers? Also be sure to use #srtigers20 and give us a follow on Instagram @sydney_rfc and Twitter @SRTSydneyTigers.

13.01.2022 What an exciting week as the Tigers prepare to meet the Eagles. Young Thompson Dow (2019 No.1 RFC draft pick) plays his first game replacing Stack (hip) and Nankervis replaces Chol (omitted). Richmond club membership has exceeded 100K and the SRT kicks off its super on-line raffle at the Cammy before the game starts. To grab a seat at the Cammy this Thu night REGISTER here: https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/round-14-richmond-vs-west-c In case you havent seen the team here it... is: B: Houli, Grimes, Balta HB: Oleg Markov, Vlastuin, Short C: McIntosh, Graham, Pickett HF: Lambert, Aarts, Lynch F: Castagna, Martin, Riewoldt F: Soldo, Cotchin, Bolton I: Baker, Nankervis, Rioli, Dow See more

13.01.2022 As promised Houli returns to the Tiger team as the only change from last week, replacing Broad who is omitted. A particular game highlight will be Kamdyn MacIntosh celebrating his 100th AFL game, hopefully as part of a strong Richmond team win.Once again unfortunately there is no free-to-air telecast so why not join us at the Cammy to watch and cheer the Tigers on! To reserve your seat for Saturday night REGISTER here: https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/round-13-richmond-vs-ess...end In case you havent seen the team here it is: B: Houli, Grimes, Balta HB: Oleg Markov, Vlastuin, Short C: McIntosh, Graham, Pickett HF: Lambert, Aarts, Lynch F: Castagna, Martin, Riewoldt F: Soldo, Cotchin, Bolton I: Baker, Chol, Stack, Rioli, Baker See more

12.01.2022 A terrific game by the Tigers last Friday has got us 3rd spot on the ladder, now all we have to do is hang on to it! The loss of Lynch and Soldo (for the season,) will make it harder but Astbury is due back and Chol has been in great form not to mention Broad or possibly Caddy. The Crows are on "3 wins in a row" but the Tigers are on the roll with another ffinals campaign in sight. So join us at the Cammy Sat 19th Sep at 5:10 to cheer for the "Mighty Tigers!" To reserve a sea...t REGISTER here: https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/round-18-richmond-vs-adelai Normal Social Distancing Rules Apply: You sign in at the bar and state group size (max 10) You must be seated at a table to watch the game There is limited seating so register early KITCHEN is closed but there are pies and you can order take-away. 12.01.2022 A final goal from Jack seals the 2020 Grand Final for Richmond! "C'arn the Tigers!" Thanks to all the Sydney RFC Supporter Group and friends who joined us at the Cammy last night https://www.facebook.com//pcb.33950057339/3395003620580785 to watch the mighty Tigers first come back and then ultimately overrun Geelong in a legendary win. ...and Don't forget the Sydney RFC Supporters Group is having its Annual Genral Meeting this Monday night 26th Oct at 6:30pm at the Camelia Grove hotel. All are welcome so come along, meet the committee and see how the group is run.

12.01.2022 Astbury and Edwards look set to return this Saturday night when the Tigers meet a resurgent Crows in Adelaide. Edwards is particularly welcome with the absence of Bolton with a minor calf niggle. Chol will aslo get a run with the season ending loss of Soldo. The Eagles win last night and a Cats win likely on Sunday mean the Tigers need go full out to ensure there place in the top 4, not to mention individual players fighting for the spot in the side as the finals begin! To join us at the Cammy and cheer for the Mighty Tigers REGISTER here: https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/round-18-richmond-vs-adelai ...and less than 2 weeks to go for a chance to win some great prizes in our monster on-line raffle here: https://www.raffletix.com.au?ref=upgcg

11.01.2022 As the 'trade period' comes to an end it is time to review what has happened with the Tigers. Leaving are: Jack Higgins who will be joining Dan Butler at the Saints and Oleg Markov who will join Brandon Ellis at the Suns. Both have been terrific players for Richmond and we wish them the best at their new clubs. Recent contract signings are: Aarts, Broad, Collier-Dawkins and Pickett all signed up to 2022 and Graham and Nankervis signed up until 2023. Out of contract players yet to be resigned are: Caddy, Eggmolese-Smith, Garthwaite, Hoiuli and Short. So as the post 2020 Grand Final celebrations recede into a continuing 'glow' of contentment we turn our thoughts to Xmas, New Year and the 2021 season!

11.01.2022 It appears that the Adelaide Oval is a sell out for this Saturdays game against Port and I am guessing not many will be Richmond fans. However there will be plenty of Tiger fans at the Cammy cheering our boys on! To save your seat at the Camelia Grove Hotel and join the rest of the Sydney Richmond Supporters Group you need to Register here: https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/round-11-richmond-vs-port-a By the way once again it seems there is no free to air TV coverage. "Carn the Tiges!"

10.01.2022 The Crows maybe bottom of the ladder but the Tigers will want to not take them lightly. A loss would see Richmond finishing outside the top 4! Also the players will want to show the coach they are ready for finals football. "Go Tigers! Eatem alive!".

10.01.2022 Any Sydney Tigers heading to Adelaide for the game Friday night and looking for accommodation- we have been contacted by a local Hotel offering some cheap rates. Please DM us or email [email protected]

10.01.2022 Friday is shaping up as an absolutely pivotal game. There is no doubt the Cats are in great form but after a 9 day break the Tigers should be fresh and roaring to go. Grimes and Lambert will be back to strengthen the backs and the mids. Astbury will play scrimage and should be back next week. With a place in the top 4 to defend the Cammy will be rocking! To join us and cheer for the Mighty Tigers REGISTER here: https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/round-17-richmond-vs-geelon ...and for a chance to win some great prizes dont forget to check out our monster on-line raffle here: https://www.raffletix.com.au?ref=upgcg

09.01.2022 As we enter the final third of the season every game becomes important, especially given Rnd 16 is a Richmond bye. Last week the Tigers lost the centre clearances badly but we should do better this week with the return of Cotchin and Graham, replacing Caddy and Ross both omitted and in backline Eggmolesse-Smith is replaced by Oleg Markov. Richmond needs a big effort against the Suns to put us on the winning track for the next block of 4 games. So join as at the Cammy to cheer... the boys on - "Go Tiges!". To reserve your seat for Monday night REGISTER here: https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/round-12-richmond-vs-gold-c If you have not seen it yet here is the team selection. 09.01.2022 2020 Sydney Tigers Major Raffle - https://mailchi.mp/8f0fbebb/2020-sydney-tigers-major-raffle

09.01.2022 Hey Sydney Tigers, Fran here. Just wanted to send a quick message out to say that I have decided not to re-nominate for President in 2021. What can I say 2 terms 2 Premierships! I’ve had a blast! I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of the wonderful people that have supported the Sydney Tigers and attended game day at The Cammy, purchased raffle tickets or attended any of our other events. In particular, I would like to thank the members of the Sydney Tigers Commi...ttee, without whom none of this would be possible. I am pleased to report that the Sydney Tigers still managed a generous donation of $4,500 to the Richmond Football Club in 2020 a brilliant achievement considering the year that has just been! So, to introduce our new President, Paul Trunoff, who will be a very familiar face to anyone who has been to The Cammy! Congratulations Paul, we are in safe hands. The full committee is as follows: President - Paul Trunoff Secretary - David Fraser Treasurer - Jonathan Linden Committee members: Dani, Fran, Glenn, Jacqui, Nina and Sarah (Welcome new committee members Dani, Nina and Sarah) I look forward to seeing everyone in 2021 for the three-peat! #GoTiges

07.01.2022 The Tigers have made 2 changes for the Semi-Final against the Saints this Friday night at 7:50pm. In are: Lynch and Broad for Chol and Aarts (both omitted). Chol has looked a bit out of his depth the last 2 games so dropping him for Lynch was fairly obvious. Aarts did not have a great game last week but replacing him with a backman is an interesting call by the selectors. The Cammy is now fully booked so unless you already have registered for a seat you will not be able to ...join us to watch the game. In case you haven't seen the full team here it is: B: Astbury, Grimes, Balta HB: Houli, Vlastuin, Baker C: McIntosh, Graham, Pickett HF Bolton, Martin, Castagna F: Rioli, Lynch, Riewoldt F: Nankervis, Cotchin, Edwards I: Short, Prestia, Broad, Lambert Social Distancing Rules: You check in at the bar You must be seated at a table to watch the game There is limited seating so register early KITCHEN is Open until 8pm. 07.01.2022 Saturday afternoon and the footy is on, what could be better? Well being able to be at the game would be better but since the game is in Adelaide we have to settle for the next best thing which is TV. So why not share a photo of you and your family/friends supporting the Tigers here in Sydney. "Go Tigers!"

07.01.2022 If you have not read this here is your chance. A great read and insights like we have never had before. Highly recommend # gotiges

06.01.2022 Not a pretty win last night. After 4 games in 16 days and a terrific game against the Eagles, the Tigers looked jaded and out of sorts for most of the game against the Dockers. It took a serious wind up by Hardwick at 3/4 time to snap the Tigers out of their lethargy after which they doubled their score in the last quarter to win comfortably. Hopefully a 9 day break will freshen them up before the Geelong game. However speaking of pretty, how about these great prizes for our special on-line raffle? A team signed Richmond jersey (1st) and a team signed football (2nd). Third prize is a framed Dusty - Dont Argue poster.Tickets are available here: https://www.raffletix.com.au?ref=upgcg SRT secretary Paul, SRT treasurer Jono and committe man Glen got a chance to examine the prizes at the Cammy.

06.01.2022 Only 2 sleeps to go! All the seats to watch the Grand Final at the Cammy are booked. We would dearly have loved for all of you to join us but the current Covid rules set the limits. For those who will be joining us a few points to note. 1. Each person/group will have their own table. You must be seated to watch the game. 2. All reserve seating will be open from 5:45pm. Game starts 7:30pm (AEDT)... 3. The Kitchen will be open from 6pm onwards. 4. There is a door prize and some other "give a ways" so make sure everyone grabs a ticket when they arrive. (Drawn at half-time.) 5. There will also be a 1st and 2nd prize for the "best dressed" Tiger Supporter. (Announced at half-time.) 6. Special half-time raffle, (thanks Nina for the extra prizes,) tickets will be sold at quarter time and half-time and drawn before the 3rd quarter starts! 7. If you have seats and cannot make it please cancel so we can reallocate your tickets. 8. If you are unwell please do not attend. "Go Tigers! Eat'em Alive!" See more

05.01.2022 The Eagles losing to the Dogs has just openned up the possibility of Richmond finishing 3rd, with a probable first final against the Lions, as oppossed to 4th and a final against Port in Adelaide! Hi-jinxs in the Hub has put an end to the season for Stack and Coleman-Jones but Grimes should be back and Astbury is not far away as well. Still it doesnt matter a damn if we dont beat the Cats. So join us at the Cammy Wed 11th Sep at 7:50 to barrack for the "Mighty Tigers!" 03.01.2022 The Tigers lost a tough game earlier in the year to Port by 21 points. After the demolision of the Cats 2 weeks ago Port are obviously 'fired up' and ready to go. However they will be facing a very different Richmond team this Friday that is equally 'fired up' and looking to go the full distance! The Sydney RFC Supporter Group faithful will be gathering as normal this coming Friday night, 16th Oct, at 7:50pm at 'the Cammmy' to cheer on the mighty Tigers. Seating is limited d...ue to the current Covid-19 rules so it is necessary for anyone wishing to join us to REGISTER here: https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/preliminary-final-richmond- Normal rules apply: You will need to sign in at the bar - indicating how many people are sitting at your table (max table size is 4 ) Supporters must be seated to watch the game Hand sanitiser stations are set up at the bar The kitchen is OPEN to 8pm Obviously no one should attend if they are feeling unwell See more

02.01.2022 What a difference the Captain made for the Tigers cenre clearance Monday night. Unfortunately Richmond did not convert their forward thrusts and it was not looking good at halftime. Things improved greatly in the second half and Riewoldt and Lynch got amongst the goals as the Tigers pulled away for the win. Next Saturday the Tigers play Essendon in the Dreamtime game in Darwin. I wonder if Stack will join the pregame dancers again? To reserve your seat at the Cammy REGISTE...R here: https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/round-13-richmond-vs-essend Normal Social Distancing Rules Apply: You sign in at the bar and state group size (max 10) You must be seated at a table to watch the game There is limited seating so register early KITCHEN is CLOSED on Saturday but the Cammy has pies and you can order in ake away!. 02.01.2022 Well the good news is that Tom Lynch is cleared play. (Apparently the Tribunal took 21 minutes to decide there was nothing in it!) The further good news are no injuries from Darwin and Nankervis is clear but will probably need a scrimage game beforte being selected.
