13.01.2022 Tagging is in as stated in the rules! Just taking time to clarify the rules for those who enjoy tagging and want to target the bigger gamefish over the weekend. Also keep in mind that a fish may be submitted in the Tagging division and the Length Only Species if it is one of the nominated species.... 06.01.2022 Hard Luck Story there has been a few, I watched the kings at Walsh Bay ignore my lures whilst busting up, Ivan lost a rod out of the boat on the way home, Dom and Max Harma watched a nice mulloway being caught off the wharf next to them, Darren had flat tyres on his trailer...so 1 Pakula each to Dom, Ivan and Darren.

06.01.2022 Hi All, The Tournament will be on a length only format, with the nominated species being; SNAPPER, FLATHEAD, BREAM, BONITO, MULLOWAY, SALMON, TUNA, DRUMMER, WHITING, LUDERICK, KINGFISH. Catch and Release is preferred but is not compulsory. Photos with and identifier are a must.... We will accept entries via sms and email to the weighmaster. These will be made available a week out from the start date. Pretty simple. Now to spice things up over the weekend we will nominate random species and challenges with prizes awarded so stay tuned for these. Entry fees are Entry costs: $10 - Senior $5 - Junior $20 - Family (2 Adults and 2 Juniors) We will be selling shirts at the Club at designated times, same sizing as last year for those who brought the 2019 shirts. We will advertise these and accept EFT orders and can post shirts out as well for a small fee to cover the postage. Shirts will be for sale at $40 each. Operating under Covid rules means we won’t be opening the SSAFA Club house up to socialize or camp but if any club or member has a special request or needs help we will be on hand.
