What you need to do is remove the bottom cover and look for this copper Y piece. Inside is a small wire strainer that after all this fire smoke and now rain is sure to be blocked. Remove the Y piece and clean the strainer to access all that free water inside your tank. ... Remember... this work should always be carried out by a suitably qualified person.
