24.01.2022 OPEN and ESSENTIAL ! All our practices will be open as usual! We have been closely following advice from the Australian Government Chief Medical Officer to keep our patients and staff safe within our workplace. We have implemented preventative hygiene measures across our business, and we have plans in place to keep our clinics open. ... Being an essential business, we have been developing stronger strategies to optimise hygiene in our clinics. This involves: * Our standard hygiene policy to clean our hands thoroughly before and after each patient, after touching any equipment and before and after any manual therapy * Increased cleaning of all contact points, inclusive of our gym equipment (dumbbells, theraband, reformer etc) and bathrooms * Further increasing the accessibility of hand sanitiser throughout the practice. You will notice hand sanitiser at front reception, in the treatment rooms and in the exercise area * We will continue to use disposable head pads and we are increasing our daily bed changes * We have removed every second chair in the waiting room to allow for social distancing What you can do as a patient: * We ask if you can attend the appointment alone (except for under 16yo). If you cant, we ask that your family/friend/carer return at the proposed end time of the appointment. * Please use our hand sanitiser when you arrive for your appointment and when you leave * You may wish to wear a face mask * You may wish to wear gloves * You must reschedule your appointment if you are unwell or have any flu like symptoms * Try and reduce the need for touching door handles and other touch points We will keep you informed of any further changes announced by the NSW Government!
