24.01.2022 This is how you do it! Bernard has been traveling a lot overseas and when he saw Syiok was doing banana leaf rice last weekend, he came early to try it. To our surprise that when we serve him with cutlery he said to us Come! let me show you the way to do it!... Yes, you are absolutely right Bernard! Gather and pick the food up with your fingers (not the whole palm) and push the food into your mouth with your thumb. Hand-to-mouth dining is a norm in some cultures in Malaysia, especially within the Indian community.
