24.01.2022 Hey hey been way too long from my last post But I’m back ready to share again So as you know the gyms have reopened and have booking systems in place for you to do your workouts, and/or sessions with your trainer I’m back at the gym and have sessions available Tuesdays 9am-4pm and Thursdays 9am-7pm message me and I’ll take you through the booking system

Try these Turkey rissoles, oven baked sweet potato fries, sautéed mushrooms and salad Yum Ingredients for rissoles 500gm Turkey mince... 1/2 chopped red onion 1 egg Garlic and Herb schnitzel crumbs Mix turkey mince, onion and egg in a medium bowl Add enough garlic and herb crumbs to form a hand sized ball then roll the ball in the remainder of garlic and herb crumbs Flatten the balls to your desired thickness Fry in a frypan sprayed with olive oil medium/high heat Serve with sweet potato fries, mushrooms and salad Enjoy

Muscles Targeted - the thighs- quadriceps, Hamstring and the glutes You also need to lock in and stabilise the core, activate your back and calf muscles, and have mobility through your ankles Before you come up from your squat start squeezing your muscles from your ankle through your calves, your thighs, your back and then your core Do it nice and slow Enjoy the burn Youre Welcome See more

12.01.2022 I still cant believe Im 60 !!! To trim down my size 18 body, there were a lot of stop and starts in my fitness plan over a 4 year period (Yes thats me in the pink 2013) Im now a healthy size 8 and have maintained my fitness level and weight for the past 2 years (Yes that is also me in the blue 2018) Come Experience lifestyle and long term results with me as your guide

03.01.2022 Isnt nature Amazing I was walking a track near where Im living and came across these guys. There were at least another 100 still following out of the bush. They were on a march to get themselves all across the path to the bush on the other side. The leader having the responsibility of their epic march. Got me to thinking We need to be like this have it in our hearts to help as many as we can to get to the other side.
