08.01.2022 Familiar sight? Stop rolling that troublesome ankle tripping over nothing! Ankles are not inherently weak and don't have to stay that way. You might have an old ankle injury that wasn't picked up on, wasn't rehabbed well, or you just "walked it off".... Something can be done about those weak ankles! They often need retraining and strengthening to make them stable and strong again. Want to get back to sport this season? This is something we are happy to help with so feel free to reach out and ask questions. Message us on Facebook, Call or simply book an appointment on our website.

04.01.2022 August is Tradies health month. Tradies are over represented in statistics regarding workplace injury. This week Sarah gave a talk to the trade staff who work at Sydney’s ICC.
