Jess Lewis will be off to Exmouth to soak up the last of the season for a much needed break & Jess Dyer will be off all of November to marry the man of her dreams ... We thank you all for your support thus far & understanding. We will be back with more class times & amazing sessions for you all upon our return! Both teachers certified in pre/post natal Pilates, and eager to start assisting your body with the amazing journey that is pregnancy. Here are just a few benefits of Pilates while pregnant; ... 1. Strengthening your stomach and gluteal muscles. 2. Reduces back pain during pregnancy + after when carrying bub around/lifting up and down. 3. Strengthen your pelvic floor to assist recovery post birth. 4. Control of breath (very handy in labour!) 5. Improve balance when you’re feeling a tad lop sided. 6.
